Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park, Asheville

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was big and clean, with a balcony view of downtown Biltmore Park, but there was only one nightstand. The service was outstanding, with professional and engaging staff who even left chocolate covered strawberries and sparkling cider in our room. The location is convenient to downtown and the Blue Ridge Parkway, but it was a bit farther than ideal from downtown. The dining experience in the hotel restaurant was outstanding and the best value of our trip.

Staying at this hotel felt like a luxurious experience at a value for money price. The rooms were exceptional, offering all the comforts one could ask for, just like a Double Tree. The service was efficient and friendly, making me feel welcomed and taken care of. The location was superb, with a vibrant mixed-use development around and the convenience of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Although the dining experience was fantastic, I wished for more vegetarian options. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall satisfaction of my stay.

The hotel rooms were in great condition, spotless, comfortable, and the staff very friendly and helpful. However, it was a level below what we had requested, and the quoted price was higher. The hotel offered a quiet and spacious atmosphere.
